Received my 2nd diffuser scent bottle and they had the label closed so you cant see how much fluid in bottle. I received the 2nd bottle same thing half full.

Emailed 3 times no response so this is pretty slick to save money sending half full bottles. And at almost $50 a bottle is robbery to not even send a full bottle.

Poor customer service

I received. subscription order that I never agreed to.

I was charged 51.39 in December and Im still trying to get a refund. On December 30th I spoke to a person who promised to get back to me with return instructions but never did. I sent three emails to the company with no replies. I finally got a phone number and explained the issue.

I was told I needed to send back the order and PAY for shipping.

I am sending it back today so Ill have to wait and see if I get my refund. Very unsatisfactory.

They sent me an order “on subscription that I did not sign up for!! Very difficult to return even though I was promised in 12/30/25 that I would be contacted with return info. Never heard back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a customer a little under a yr. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I have been on hold over 30 mins every time, no exaggeration, just waiting to connect to customer service. Then when connected they placed you on hold for several minutes, just to inform you they do not have certain products. Just today 1/5/26, the rep had no idea of the oil I am saying, I spelt it out several times and he still did not understand. He placed me on several holds, just to say, ohhh..

I thought you meant this.. or that. We even got in a shouting match, where he was yelling at me and trying to overtalk me.

Even questioned being on holding, stating that I can wait, because I was working from home. I had to hang up after 1 hr, and was not helped.

Question regarding initial order and unauthorized second order

Apparently you offer a three day trail, generally a trail means you have the product in hand to test it. I did receive it when it was due according to the delivery company on 10/27 I then received notice that they charged another 99.95, meaning I had accepted the trail period.

They then indicated I would receive the goods on Saturday 11/1. I said NO I am not going to pay $200. + when I havent received it or tested the product. I asked for my money back they said NO.

I said this is fraud I will contract my bank. My back has accepted the dispute!
